Reduce Corporate Risks by Identifying and Protecting Sensitive Electronic Documents
Don’t wait until sensitive documents end up in the wrong hands. Learn how to assess and minimize the risks associated with the authorized and unauthorized distribution of sensitive electronic documents. Your organization has a wide array of sensitive electronic documents, including executive and board member communications, financial reports, M&A agreements, and intellectual property, that need to be shared internally and with trusted 3rd parties. However, if these documents accidentally or maliciously fall into the wrong hands, it could expose your organization to enormous legal and financial risks.
This web seminar will explain how you can:
Identify the sensitive electronic documents your organization is sharing and identify which types of documents require advanced information protection
- Create a strategy for protecting confidential information - even after it has been distributed through the course of business, unauthorized emails or file copying, or lost or stolen laptops
- Retain control over your confidential business documents by controlling who can open, edit, print or redistribute these document
- Audit authorized and unauthorized attempts to access sensitive electronic documents
